The staff were very kind. I received a refreshing welcome drink. the hotel grounds are well kept. i enjoyed the three available swimming pools as well as the easy beach access secured by hotel staff. the buffet food had many options.
the telephone in my room was not working and was never fixed despite reporting it twice.

the staff were polite and attentive! they were quick to respond to requests. the reception personnel seemed particularly committed and helpful, ensuring a smooth check in and check out. housekeepers ensured cleanliness daily.
